Consider me officially shocked

I was astounded by the luxurious experience! The location is unparalleled with direct ski-in, ski-out access. The indoor facilities, complete with cozy fireplaces and a great breakfast buffet . Staff were attentive, and my room was meticulously cleaned every day. Don't miss this amazing retreat!

Hotel overall good Breakfast good Dinner bad was winter 2017 much better,. no Wi fi reception on the 7 floor the price-performance ratio is not too expensive for the service.

The hotel is at a perfect location. Just behind the lifts. It was quite good and clean with a very pleasant lobby. I didn't use anything at the hotel (swimming pool, spa etc), so i don't have to say anything. The pool was looking ok.

The most serious problem is the water. It's "yellow"!!! I used it only to wash my face... no bath... no tooth...

Would be happy to recommend for a break on long journey

Really good location, really good breakfast, with a superb variety of options that included fresh products, making it ideal for those wanting to relax after skiing and conveniently located just 70 km from Sofia.

Wi fi in room was very bad

The hotel's location is unbeatable and excellent, adjacent to restraunts which were all warm and the slopes, gondola and village bars and restaurants and the connected bar / restaurant. Marvellous breakfast with fresh fruits and pastries, the staff is well managed and genuinely helpful.

very nice central spot for weekend adventures and dining delights

The buffet breakfast was definitely a highlight for me as a solo traveler who enjoys good food and variety.

Right at the bottom of the ski slopes; ski hire and instructors right on the doorstep (and can be booked at the hotel). Clean, not noisy, good lounge area for meeting friends. Good pool and I enjoyed a massage after skiing (and didn't need to book in advance).

A stand-alone bank machine said it had issued me 200 leva (100 euros) but didn't - I had to try the transaction again, at which point I was issued 400 leva - I didn't lose money, but took our more than I intended! However this was not really the fault of the hotel.

Close to the lift and the gondola - beautiful wellness area - very good breakfast - safe parking place

Dinner is better taken in the village - loveless buffet

Nice location, nice staff wich are very helfull. Hotel is very nicea in good location in all seasons, a lot things to do around. Rooms are very nice and clean, they clean them daily. Nice swiminpool. Good breakfast with a lot of choises.

Restaurant in hotel for lunch or diner could be a litle bit better.

The only good thing about this hotel is the proximity to the ski pistes.

This is a 4 star hotel that: 1) Does not provide adequate internet connection in the lobby area. As a result I could not log in the wifi. The staff replied that it was over-utilized by the guests. 2) This hotel charges Sauna 12 BGN per person. That is 6 Euros. FOR SAUNA. Any hotel that is 4 star and respects itself has the sauna, pool and gym offered as complimentary to the guests. 3) The building is old, furnitures etc are old and need to be renovated. 14" inch TV is not even offered in 1 star hotels.

The rooms are more three but four star quality, but considering the price we paid in August, still a very good deal. The indoor swimming pool is the biggest one we have ever seen in a hotel and is really made for swimming. The staff is helpful and friendly, broken furniture in the room was fixed within minutes, the laundry service works accurate and in-time. The hotel is located directly next to the ski-lifts and you have a really nice view on the slope from the balcony of your rooms. Parking is free of charge and watched. Despite having more than 2000 beds, the atmosphere in the hotel is pleasant.

Despite being adressed to the hotel, we did not get a queen-size but two separated beds. The tv is to small All the fitness facilities except the swimming pool are charged separately. Fyi: The skilift to Yastrebets is closed from July until October on Mondays and Tuesdays, but you can take another lift to get at least 1800m up.

the breakfast is not lıke

The breakfast was exceptional, the check in was early. The double room was silent, included an electronic key card, multi-channel television and a writing table. Central location right by about 5 minutes walk from the station of Gondola as well as Rila mountain, it was in a new area.

The rooms are stylish and newly renovated, equipped with central heating, television and a fridge. The rate is usd 534, satisfied. It has excellent and fab location to see Borovets Ski Resort.
